Kaela Haycraft is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Since beginning her career in 2008, she has excelled in various roles within residential treatment, demonstrating her commitment to enhancing the lives of those in need. Kaela's journey has taken her from direct-care staff to Program Manager and Admission Director, ultimately serving as the Clinical Director, where she leads her team in delivering compassionate and effective care.
 

Kaela earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Idaho, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to support her clients through their most challenging times. Her diverse background in the mental health sector allows her to approach each situation with empathy and expertise.
 

Outside of her professional life, Kaela enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three daughters. An outdoor enthusiast, she finds joy in nature, often exploring the great outdoors with her family. She is also a proud dog owner of a Leonberger named Grizzly, who brings added warmth and happiness to her sessions with clients.
