Laura Flannery

Program Director

Laura's interest in mental health was sparked during her time at North Idaho College in 2011, where she undertook a range of courses in the field. It was during this time that she discovered her affinity for working with a team and helping others. Building upon her foundation, she went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Leadership with a focus on Communication from Arizona State University.
In 2018, Laura joined Integrated Interventions as a mentor, where she quickly demonstrated her commitment and aptitude for helping young adults achieve their full potential. Through dedication and hard work, she progressed from Program Coordinator to Program Director in 2023. Laura has a genuine passion for empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. She is an integral part of the Integrated Interventions team and is committed to continuing her professional development. Her future goals include pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work to become a therapist at Integrated Interventions, where she hopes to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
Laura hails from a farming background in Minnesota and has always had a passion for outdoor pursuits such as horseback riding, camping, hiking, frisbee golf and skiing. In 2005, her adventurous spirit led her to North Idaho, where she has made herself a home.
