Terry Edelmann started working in adolescent residential treatment in 1986, quickly becoming the youngest supervisor ever employed by Shoffner’s Boys Ranch. By 1990, Terry was an administrator for Cornerstone Residential Treatment supervising and training 120 employees, 80 students in intensive care, and 14 foster care homes.Terry has owned and managed several businesses providing work experience, work release and life skills mentoring for young adults in many states. As a director, Terry has managed training, safety and security, and crisis intervention for students and staff for more than 30 years. Terry and Angela created Integrated Interventions, LLC, in 2013, making the crisis intervention programs once only associated with residential treatment available to the community.
